This beyond beauty 3in1 sleep aid facial mask by Jennifer Young is a gentle trio that can be used as a facial cleanser, moisturiser, and face mask to work as a sleep aid.

To encourage a restful sleep, it features calming, fragrant, essential oils such as frankincense and lavender. For calming and healing properties, it features apricot kernel and calendula, as well as mango and shea butters to nourish the skin.

This multi-tasking balm can also be used to remove make up and any other dirt and dust accumulated during the day.

How to use: warm a pea sized amount of night mask between the palms and apply to the face. Remove using damp cotton wool pads. Apply before sleep.
