Please note we can only assist with queries about the Online Shop, its products, and orders. We can not help you with queries about orders placed on marketplaces (such as eBay), items bought in our shops and superstores, or with fundraising. Details of how to contact other teams can be found further down the page.

Our opening hours are 8am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Unfortunately, we are not able to process orders over the phone, or sent by email or post.

Festive opening hours and deliveries

24 December: 8:30am - 3pm
25-28 December: closed
29-30 December: 8:30am - 5pm
31 December: 8:30am - 3pm
1 January: closed

Our customer service and warehouse teams will be available at a reduced staffing level throughout the Christmas and New Year period, except for weekends and bank holidays.

You may continue to place orders at any time, but please take in to account delays to deliveries due to the holidays.

The last order dates for Christmas delivery are Wednesday 17th December for standard delivery, and 1pm Friday 19th December for next day. Although our warehouse team will do their best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible after these times, Christmas delivery can not be guaranteed.

Please provide the full details of your complaint and, if your complaint is about an existing order, please quote your full contact details, the date of your order and your order number. We aim to respond to all complaints about online shop orders within 5 working days. If we need to take longer, we will let you know.
