Delivery information
We charge a postage and packing fee to help cover the costs of sending you your products. This allows more money to go towards our life-saving work.
Please be aware that the delivery timescales are indicative and there may be delays in the delivery network that are outside our control. Where orders are dispatched using a tracked service, you will receive an email containing your parcel tracking number once your order's on its way.
Please also ensure that you check the delivery address and your order details are correct before proceeding to make your payment, as changes to your order after they're placed are not always possible.
Warehouse stocktaking: 25 February - 3 March 2026
We'll be carrying out our annual stocktake from the afternoon of Wednesday 25 February until Tuesday 3 March.
You may still browse our website and place orders during this time, however we will not be able to process orders until stocktake is complete. Our next day delivery option will also be unavailable.

Standard UK delivery £3.99
UK and Isle of Man delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Normally delivered within 5 working days, may be up to 7.
Free* standard delivery on orders over £50.
Next Working Day £6.99
GB mainland only† using Royal Mail Tracked 24 or FedEx. Next working day if ordered before 1pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, or over the weekend, will be processed on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
The next day delivery option will be unavailable between Monday 22 December and Monday 5 January.
† Whilst our warehouse will prioritise Next Working Day orders for dispatch, delivery within 1 working day for these postcode areas can not be guaranteed: HS, IM, KA27, KW15-17, PA20, PA28-38, PA41-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH30, PH41-44, TR21-25, ZE.
Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
Please be aware that parcels sent to Northern Ireland may experience delays through customs that are out of our control.
Additionally, some products may not be available for dispatch to Northern Ireland and these will be highlighted on the product page with a "Not available in Northern Ireland" label. If you attempt to order these items, and then enter an address in Northern Ireland at the checkout, these items will be automatically removed from your basket.
