Directions for use
Roll the earplug between your fingers to create a smooth, crease-free cylinder.
Insert the compressed, rounded end of the earplug well into the ear canal, pointed end first.
Hold for a few seconds as the earplug expands. If fitted correctly, the earplug should not stick out of the ear.
